As a Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) at BioLife, you will play a vital role in supporting our plasma center operations. Your primary responsibility will be to determine donor eligibility, manage donor adverse events, review laboratory test results, and notify donors of unsuitable test results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with a focus on clinical or hospital settings. You will need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a commitment to customer service and quality.

In this role, you will also be responsible for evaluating donor reactions, referring to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs when necessary, and managing employee incidents. Additionally, you will support the Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees and participate in pandemic response efforts as needed.

About the Salary:

The estimated hourly wage range for this position is $18.50 - $22.00 per hour. U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term incentives, medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits.
