Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 2 Key Account Managers for pharmacies (wholesale/cooperation) and digital marketplaces.
  • Manage and develop the mail order account, reporting to the Sales Director DACH.
  • Optimize revenue through budget planning and effective use of advertising and rebate budgets based on potential analyses.
  • Optimize digital communication measures to align with strategic company goals, primarily focused on conversion to sales, but also increasing awareness, traffic, and interactions.
  • Plan, develop, and implement new features, tools, and processes.
  • Define and track KPIs, and continuously optimize agreed placement and communication measures with our sales partners.
  • Closely collaborate with other departments, particularly marketing, pharmacy sales, and controlling.
  • Manage agencies and ensure professional project management.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a KAM role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and communication strategies.
