Job Overview

FBC Mortgage, LLC is seeking a seasoned Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team in Monroe, GA. As a key member of our mortgage lending team, you will be responsible for originating and closing residential mortgage loans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and develop a network of business relationships to generate referrals for new mortgage lending opportunities.
  • Participate in business development opportunities, community efforts to promote home ownership, and professional organizations.
  • Interview customers to determine their financial needs and advise them on suitable products, terms, and pricing.
  • Navigate borrowers through the loan process, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Submit accurate loan documentation and maintain industry compliance regulations.
  • Meet sales goals and objectives while ensuring adherence to company procedures.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of retail residential mortgage origination experience.
  • Documented residential mortgage loans closed volume in the past 12 months of $750,000 – $1 million per month in production.
  • Established relationships with local referral networks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in product guidelines for Conventional, FHA, and VA loans.
  • Strong PC skills and experience with laptop technology.
  • Compliance with the SAFE Act and active NMLS licensure.
