Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Immigration Law PLLC. The ideal candidate will be proficient in administrative tasks, including maintaining the reception area, greeting guests, and handling phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients in a professional manner
  • Create intake for new clients
  • Direct clients to the appropriate attorney/paralegal
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
  • Assist in receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail/deliveries
  • Update calendars and schedule clients
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist or front office representative
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills
  • Customer service attitude
