The Job:

As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that exceed our guests' expectations. You will work closely with our culinary team to create unique and memorable dining experiences that showcase the best of our resort's cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of culinary expertise and stay up-to-date with the latest cooking techniques and trends.
  • Prepare and present dishes that meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar resort setting.
  • Knowledge of weights, measures, and various cooking techniques.
  • Knowledge of knives and knife skills, standard kitchen equipment, and supplies.
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
