Moreover, the Automation Solutions Expert is responsible for coordinating an annual training program for both clients and staff, which includes monthly training sessions.


Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic business and account plans for promoting and selling our diverse range of Automation products.


Collaborate and support Account Managers and Inside Sales teams to strengthen all relationships essential for sustaining automation lines.

Deliver expert training and support to Inside Sales Teams and Account Managers.

Utilize sales tools for project management, ensuring smooth tracking and collaboration among Specialists, Account Managers, and Branch Managers.

Conduct customer-focused training events, such as lunch-and-learns, technical training sessions, and business presentations.

Identify and cultivate customer relationships to create opportunities and sales for specified products.

Engage with the integration and panel-building community to advocate for product lines, new technologies, programs, and marketing partnerships.

Lead the adoption and specification of core automation product lines and components among clients.

Qualifications:
AS/BS degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial manufacturing or electrical distribution is preferred.
