Our client is a prominent firm specializing in Land Development and is seeking to enhance their team with a Survey Project Manager.

Position Overview
Define project goals by evaluating client documentation and collaborating with stakeholders and management.
Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Assemble, organize, and lead project team members effectively.
Review and negotiate agreements with owners, clients, contractors, and consultants.
Validate work outputs by assessing design, client specifications, and performance benchmarks.

Manage project budget and timeline by reviewing and approving expenses, invoicing, and collections, analyzing discrepancies, initiating corrective measures or change orders as needed, and reporting outcomes to management.

Gather, analyze, and synthesize information to ensure project goals and deadlines are achieved.
Organize project documentation and maintain comprehensive project files.
Ensure product quality and uphold the company’s reputation.
Comprehend technical aspects of the project and be capable of performing technical tasks of team members as required.


A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Land Planning, Surveying, GIS, or a closely related discipline is required, along with a relevant combination of education and experience.

A professional license (e.g., PE, PS, RLA, AICP, CPG, SR/WA) is highly preferred.
A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience is preferred.
At least two (2) years of experience in project management, including planning, scope definitions, budgeting, and scheduling is preferred.
A basic understanding or prior experience with AutoCAD, Civil3D; MicroStation is advantageous.
