As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the state of Texas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new customers and maintain existing relationships in the assigned territory.
  • Create action plans to penetrate new markets and cultivate customer relationships.
  • Meet or exceed yearly sales targets for the territory.
  • Analyze and monitor sales forecast activity and profit margin performance.
  • Maintain daily communication with the Territory Sales Manager.
  • Active cold calling and product demonstrations at our Technical centers.
  • Establish professional relationships within the industry and partner with customers to understand their needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales or Business, with 4-6 years of related experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in machine tool, industrial, or capital equipment sales.
  • Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Knowledge and experience with CRM preferred.
  • Professional demeanor, excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of CNC Machining and complex milling/turning processes.
  • Knowledge of CMM Inspection equipment and metrology practices.
