**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead and direct all functions, duties, and activities for the Fuel department to maximize sales, enhance margin, control expenses, and reduce shrink.
* Supervise and train new associates to ensure excellent customer service and compliance with corporate and divisional standards.
* Maintain inventory levels, order merchandise and supplies, and review daily sales and scan audits.
* Oversee fuel delivery, documentation, and inventory management to ensure compliance with shrink control guidelines.
* Monitor customer service skills, kiosk sanitation, and safety standards to ensure a safe and clean environment.
* Perform fuel surveys daily and maintain knowledge of emergency phone numbers and procedures.

**Requirements**

* Familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes.
* Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
* Leadership experience is desired.
