Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of service technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of service calls.
  • Provide support to the branch manager and sales department to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all work is completed within budget and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage customer relationships and communicate effectively to resolve issues and meet customer needs.
  • Diagnose and repair commercial cooking equipment, as well as other related equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track service calls, customer interactions, and team performance.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and ice machines.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • EPA certification and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
