About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing transactional tax returns, analyzing tax payable accounts, and completing assigned projects. They will also be required to monitor tax legislation, assist with tax audits, and research and analyze tax issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of transactional tax returns (state, local, and international)
  • Analysis of tax payable accounts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting or equivalent
  • Zero to three years of accounting experience
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven technical abilities
  • Ability to conduct research
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and research software)
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Willing and able to put in the time required to meet deadlines
  • Able to work independently, and as part of a team
