Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly check on residents to ensure their personal care needs are met according to their preferences.
  • Review care plans daily to identify any necessary updates to residents' daily care routines.
  • Notify the Nurse Supervisor of any changes in residents' conditions for appropriate documentation.
  • Assist residents with daily activities, including preparation for social programs and transportation to appointments.
  • Ensure residents' rooms are prepared for their comfort and readiness.
  • Participate in facility evaluations conducted by authorized government entities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education requirement: 10th grade.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Must be an active Certified Nursing Assistant or Nursing Assistant Registered.
