About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Furniture Sales Consultant to join our team at Bob's Discount Furniture. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect furniture for their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service and create a memorable shopping experience for our customers
  • Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain a customer base through effective communication and follow-up
  • Generate sales through a consultative approach and offer personalized recommendations

Requirements
  • Energetic and self-motivated sales professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Flexibility to work a 5-day retail schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic computer skills and previous sales experience in a retail commission-based environment
