Hope is actively seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to become an integral part of our team. This role focuses on delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental challenges across various age groups, all under the guidance of our experienced Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute ABA therapy strategies tailored for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Maintain open and effective communication with families and guardians regarding the progress of clients.
- Assist in the documentation of session data and support clients in reaching their communication and educational objectives.
- Engage in the planning and organization of therapeutic activities.
- Achieve RBT certification within a specified timeframe.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Successful completion of a background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities.
- A genuine enthusiasm for working with children.
- Current holder of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
