Schedule and SalaryThis position has a variable schedule requiring work on days, evenings, and weekends according to club needs. The estimated annual salary for this role is $35,000-$45,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Responsibilities- Maintain a safe climbing environment by ensuring proper use of equipment and enforcing safety procedures.
- Interact with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Perform daily tasks as listed on the task sheet.
- Inspect rental gear weekly and report any issues to supervisors.
- Monitor wall systems daily and report any problems to supervisors.
- Able to work a variable schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Comfortable with physical activity and able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Competent in climbing safety and willing to demonstrate it upon employment.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
