We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bridge Infrastructure Development Specialist to join our team at Rock Point Search.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Civil Engineer with expertise in bridge design and construction to lead projects from concept to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and supervising bridge projects while ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bridge Design: Lead the design process for various bridge structures, considering factors such as load, materials, and environmental impact.
  • Structural Analysis: Conduct structural analysis and simulations to ensure the integrity and safety of bridge designs.
  • Project Planning: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget constraints.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that bridge designs adhere to local, state, and federal regulations and codes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with architects, surveyors, environmental engineers, and other professionals to integrate bridge designs into larger infrastructure projects.
  • Construction Oversight: Provide technical support during construction, including reviewing plans, specifications, and ensuring compliance with design standards.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  2. 5 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on bridge design and construction.
  3. Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  4. Proficiency in structural analysis software and AutoCAD.
  5. Strong understanding of industry standards, codes, and regulations related to bridge engineering.
  6. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  7. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
