Job OverviewAs a Restoration Production Manager with SERVPRO of New Hanover/Brunswick & South Columbus Counties, you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews. This front-line management position leads the team to operational excellence, ensuring accurate scopes of work, negotiating customer approvals, and managing production expenses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and prepare estimates for restoration projects using proprietary software
  • Negotiate project scope and estimates with customers and clients
  • Coordinate and oversee restoration crews and resources to provide timely service
  • Review job site documentation to ensure proper client requirements and billing processes
  • Maintain effective communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives
  • Manage production expenses, including equipment, vehicles, and material assets

Additional Responsibilities
  • Enhance the customer experience and overall satisfaction through online reviews
  • Provide prompt responses to potential customers
  • Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates

Requirements
  • Valid driver's license required
  • High school diploma or GED; associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least one year of management and/or supervisory experience
  • IICRC certification required
  • Minimum two years of experience in the restoration industry
  • Xactimate Estimating experience preferred

Skills and Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and navigate tight spaces
  • Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects
  • Ability to work with and around cleaning agents
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
