Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team at Rose International. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing new or revised application frameworks in coordination with the application development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with multiple teams to ensure seamless integration of functions to meet business goals and identify necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements.
  • Resolve high-impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
  • Provide expertise in an area and advanced knowledge of applications programming, ensuring application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint.
  • Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in React/Java Apps Development, with Python being a plus.
  • Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications.
  • Experience in managing and implementing successful projects and reusable components.
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development.
  • Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.

Required Skills:

  • Programming skills – including concurrent, parallel, and distributed systems programming.
  • Expert level knowledge of React, Typescript, Java, and Python.
  • Expert level experience with HTTP, Restful web services, and API design.
  • Expert level experience with open shift, Docker, and CI/CD pipeline.
  • Experience with Grafana and open telemetry observability platform.
  • Experience with Cloud, S3, Kafka, Trino, Airflow, Autosys, and SQL Server.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
