  • Audit Support: Support external audit by providing financial data and documentation as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Office Management: Monitor and purchase office supplies, interact with service vendors, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred.
  • Experience: 5-10 years' experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MS Dynamics, other ERP systems), MS Excel, Access, and other financial tools.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and analysis.
  • Accrual Accounting: Ability to understand and apply accrual accounting principles to properly match revenue and expense, including the flow of costs through inventory.
  • Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with team members and other departments.
  • Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Integrity: Upholding high ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.
