Your role will involve essential cleaning tasks such as making beds, laundering linens, mopping floors, dusting surfaces, and ironing garments. Additionally, you will replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness in restrooms and shared spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness in common areas including the lobby, hallways, and restrooms, ensuring they are well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Execute cleaning tasks and prepare guest rooms to meet our hotel's high standards prior to guest arrivals.
  • Address general inquiries from guests to enhance their experience.
  • Document rooms cleaned and keep track of lost and found items, as well as any damages or repairs needed.
  • Perform vacuuming, mopping, bed-making, dusting, polishing furniture, stocking rooms with toiletries, and laundry duties as required.
Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of experience as a professional housekeeper is highly preferred.
  • Strong work ethic along with excellent organizational, time management, and communication abilities.
