Work Schedule: Monday - Friday / 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM

This role is pivotal in promoting and selling a diverse range of industrial products, including welding apparatus, essential tools, safety equipment, and gases to our clientele. The Sales Associate will be tasked with delivering exceptional service to assist customers in selecting the appropriate equipment and supplies. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Sales: Engage with customers to sell industrial gases, welding apparatus, and both power and hand tools.
  2. Inventory Management: Organize stock and maintain attractive showroom displays.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with customers.
  4. Support: Provide assistance to field sales representatives as needed.
  5. Market Analysis: Monitor and document competitive market trends by gathering current information on pricing, products, and delivery schedules.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent; a two-year degree is preferred.

- A minimum of two years of experience in customer service or sales.

- Familiarity with welding, gases, and industrial safety supplies is advantageous.

- Proficient computer skills.

- Ability to accurately handle cash transactions.
