  • Develop and implement interoperability solutions to support coalition operations.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for C2 interoperability, providing guidance and support to ECS teams.
  • Coordinate and execute interoperability programs and conferences, ensuring seamless communication between coalition partners.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to ECS teams on secure communications procedures and processes.
  • Liaise with various entities to support coalition engagements, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate resolution of action items through collaboration and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of COMSEC regulations and FMS cases, ensuring compliance and effective implementation.
  • Prepare official correspondence on various topics, ensuring clear and concise communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with Active TS clearance and SCI eligibility.
  • Five to eight years of relevant work experience in secure communications and interoperability.
  • Ability to review, edit, and draft written products, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Working knowledge of collaboration and telecommunications tools, Tactical Data Links, and information sharing solutions.
  • Knowledge of COMSEC regulations and FMS cases, ensuring compliance and effective implementation.
  • Experience with COMSEC devices and transfer requirements, ensuring seamless communication.

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of Joint Operations and Joint C2 systems, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Geographic Combatant Command experience, ensuring understanding of coalition operations.
  • Familiarity with Middle Eastern culture and customs, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Knowledge in SharePoint and Tasker Management Tool (TMT), ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
