Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Olympia, WA. As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Ensign Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and contribute to the development of our therapy programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals.
  • Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders.
  • Evaluate treatment outcomes and modify services as needed.
  • Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
  • Document all regulatory and clinically required information in our electronic documentation system.
Qualifications
  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of speech-language pathology practices
