Youth Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Youth Specialist to join our team at the Circleville Juvenile Correctional Facility. As a Youth Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the rehabilitation and reintegration of youth offenders into society.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and support to youth offenders in achieving their rehabilitation goals
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each youth
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for youth offenders
• Monitor and report on youth progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for success

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Experience working with at-risk youth or in a correctional setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position with varied work hours. The successful candidate will be required to work in a correctional facility and may be exposed to challenging environments and situations.

Compensation:

$30.41 per hour
