Safe Harbor Home Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Non-Medical Care Provider to join our team. As a Non-Medical Care Provider, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to clients in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life. This is a rewarding career opportunity that offers a competitive salary of $22.50 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay up to $35.00 per hour.
About the JobThis is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 5 hours of entry-level orientation training prior to presence with clients. As a Non-Medical Care Provider, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, feeding, exercising, and toileting.
- Providing non-medical services and assistance to clients in their homes and communities.
- Ensuring that service is delivered in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with relevant Agency policies, industry standards, and state regulations.
To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have valid I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification documents.
- Able to obtain during onboarding process: Clearance Verified on the Home Care Aide Registry, Current Tuberculosis (TB) certificate, Registered with state of CA and active HCA number, Completed "Criminal Record Statement" (LIC 508), Complete "Personnel Record" (LIC 501), and Complete "Statement Acknowledging Requirement to Report Suspected Abuse of Dependent Adults and Elders" (SOC 341A).
