Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Director to join our team at Public Storage. This role will lead the development and implementation of HR strategies, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR disciplines, including employment law, immigration regulations, and investigations.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Our office is based in Plano, east of I75 near E. Park Blvd, just North of Historic Downtown Plano.

Responsibilities
- Ensure company-wide compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and support business objectives.
- Oversee adherence to wage and hour laws, including overtime, minimum wage, and record-keeping requirements.

Requirements
- Minimum 10-15 years in human resources management, with a focus on strategic HR roles and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of all HR disciplines, including employment law (FMLA, EEO, ADA, FLSA) and immigration regulations.
- Excellent analytical, consulting, and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Working Environment
Our team works collaboratively in the office five days each week, with the option to take up to three flexible remote days per month.
