The Role:

We are currently in search of a Full-Time Teller to join our team at the Allen Park Drive-Thru branch. This role may involve occasional travel to other branches as needed.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Member Service Representative position, candidates should possess the following:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service
  • A genuine passion for assisting others and working collaboratively
  • A knack for problem-solving and taking initiative to provide solutions
  • Strong communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a financial institution
  • Background in sales and cash handling
Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately balance the teller drawer
  • Provide members with information regarding additional products and services that align with their financial needs
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Zeal Credit Union's policies and procedures
Work Schedule:

Our standard schedule includes:
Monday: 9:00am-6:15pm
Tuesday: 9:00am-5:15pm
Wednesday: 9:00am-5:15pm
Thursday: 9:00am-5:30pm
Friday: 9:00am-6:30pm
*Saturday: 8:45am-1:15pm (may require assistance at other branches with potential for overtime)
