Patient Access Navigator

As a Patient Access Navigator, you will assist patients in navigating clinical services provided to help overcome any barriers that may inhibit access to these services. You will also educate eligible patients about appropriate clinical research studies and technologies.
You will work closely with clinical staff and providers to ensure patients' engagement & adherence to plan of care. Additionally, you will maintain relationships with internal and external referral sources and agencies to facilitate patient referrals.
