Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement water safety programs for students of all ages and skill levels.
- Provide instruction and guidance to students on proper swimming techniques and water safety practices.
- Collaborate with other program staff to ensure a comprehensive and inclusive aquatics program.
- Monitor and maintain a safe and healthy environment for students and staff.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on best practices in water safety and education.
Requirements:
- Current lifeguard certification.
- Experience in teaching swimming and water safety to students of all ages.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
