Key Responsibilities:
- Assess vehicles upon arrival and relay service requirements to customers.
- Prepare work orders and warranty documentation in accordance with established protocols.
- Monitor vehicle progress and serve as the main contact for customers and sales personnel.
- Communicate service costs, timelines, and updates effectively.
- Collaborate with service management, parts, warranty, and accounting teams.

- Support service team members and confirm parts availability.
