About the Role

We're seeking a talented Hourly Supervisor to join our team at Torchy's Tacos. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for leading our restaurant operations and ensuring exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist management team with daily operations and ensure seamless execution of our menu and services.
  • Run efficient shifts, setting the pace for our team members and driving guest satisfaction.
  • Work closely with team members to identify and prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and solve problems with a sense of urgency.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, freshness, and presentation in our food and drinks.
  • Support inventory management, prep list creation, and line setups to ensure a smooth service.
  • Supervise cash handling, curbside, and pick-up operations to deliver a quick and accurate guest experience.
Requirements
  • State alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification.
  • Ability to work up to 5 days or 40 hours per week, with flexible hours as needed.
  • Bilingual proficiency preferred but not required.
  • Competency in basic computer functions, including our point of sale system.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels.
