Job Title: Senior Support Technician/Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team at TeamLogic IT of Mountain View. As a Senior Support Technician/Consultant, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor client IT infrastructure, including computers, networks, servers, and systems.
  • Create, manage, and implement projects, from small to large-scale initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot complex network and server issues, as well as hardware and software problems.
  • Update client IT documentation, network maps, tickets, and notes.
  • Manage server accounts, including joining new and existing computers to the domain.
  • Configure and troubleshoot software, data backup and recovery, and local and hosted email migrations.
  • Provide telephone support and resolve issues remotely through access.
  • Install, configure, and administer Windows and Linux servers, including virtualization, Active Directory, and cloud hosting.
  • Design, plan, implement, and support networks, including DHCP, DNS, domains, firewall setup, VLANs, VPN access, and redundant ISP load balancing and failover.
  • Set up maintenance schedules and monitor issues using remote management tools.
  • Install and configure VOIP phone systems.

Requirements:

  • Relentless customer service attitude and exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and provide patient support to users.
  • Experience with IT and networking, including Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, and cloud hosting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-based environment.
