Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Assist with the administration and monitoring of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatments
    • Administer and monitor patients undergoing Spravato Esketamine treatments
    • Perform clinical tasks, such as taking vital signs, with patients
  • Patient Support
    • Respond to patient inquiries related to medication requests, health forms, and other concerns
    • Build relationships with patients during treatment sessions
    • Coordinate patient care with the in-house treatment team
  • Community Outreach
    • Reach out to potential referral sources, such as therapists and physicians, to promote our services
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the front office team as needed
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Successful completion of a medical assistant program
    • Two years of related work experience in a psychiatric outpatient setting preferred
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Effective communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to work independently and make decisions based on department policies and procedures
    • Basic computer proficiency and ability to access, enter, and interpret computerized data
