Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Quality Checker to join our team at Pratt & Whitney. As a Quality Checker, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by performing dimensional and visual inspections on parts, tools, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform dimensional and visual inspections on parts, tools, and equipment to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Use a variety of measuring instruments, including automated measuring machines, to check dimensions and record results.
  • Identify and report any nonconformities or defects, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Train other operators to perform work tasks and provide technical support.
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with the operations team and demonstrate effective leadership skills.
Requirements
  • Previous inspection experience.
  • ASQ Certified Quality Inspector certification.
  • SAP experience.
  • Experience using Keyence or Profilometers measuring equipment.
  • Microsoft Office experience.
