Key Responsibilities:
- Order Verification: Review and verify medication orders to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.
- Supervising Technicians: Oversee and direct pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient and accurate medication preparation and dispensing.
- Pharmacokinetics: Apply knowledge of pharmacokinetics to optimize medication therapy and improve patient outcomes.
- Clinical Responsibilities: Participate in multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care and address medication-related issues.
Requirements:
- Active California Pharmacist License: Must hold an active license to practice pharmacy in California.
