About This Role

This Insurance Claims Adjuster position plays a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers. As an adjuster, you'll travel to customers' homes to conduct on-site inspections, investigate coverage, prepare estimates, and settle claims promptly and efficiently. Your expertise will be focused on water losses, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support and resolution for these specific claims.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling virtual claims countrywide and leveraging various platforms and software such as Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration.
  • As an investigator, you'll confidently and independently investigate property claims by performing detailed reviews of damage and interpreting policies to determine coverage.
  • You'll effectively communicate with customers via phone, email, or video chat to facilitate a fast, fair, and easy claims process.
  • In negotiations, you'll evaluate and negotiate claims settlements with customers, vendors, third-party carriers, and claimants, adhering to all legal and business standard methodologies.
  • With your sharp critical thinking skills, you'll utilize multiple tools to resolve complex situations and protect the company financially by executing policies and maintaining accurate documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position is $55,500 - 93,400, based on experience and qualifications. You'll also enjoy a range of benefits, including competitive pay, flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training opportunities.
