Staff Operations Coordinator

Tuvli's Staff Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting our team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. This position involves:
- Providing administrative support to senior staff members, including coordinating projects, preparing documents, and maintaining calendars.
- Ensuring the quality of written products, reviewing for format, style, coherence, accuracy, content, and clearances.
- Maintaining liaison with various offices, including the Office of the Secretary, Executive Secretariat, and other agencies.

Requirements and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:
- Exceptional organizational skills, including ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate records.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with diverse stakeholders, including senior staff members, colleagues, and external partners.
- Experience in project coordination, administration, and documentation preparation.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Benefits and Salary
