Electrophysiology Director

Catholic Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrophysiology Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to grow and expand the scope of clinical services at Mercy Hospital and St. Joseph's Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the electrophysiology network and clinical services
- Collaborate with healthcare systems, physician groups, and payers to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve the quality and safety of care within the electrophysiology network
- Monitor and analyze clinical and research trends to identify areas of opportunity for program development
- Network with physician leadership to acquire knowledge and best practices
Clinical Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Collaborate with cardiology physician colleagues, nurse practitioners, nurses, and physicians' assistants to promote a cohesive team environment
- Maintain knowledge of current treatment modalities and work with administrative leadership to evaluate and implement new treatments as necessary
Requirements:
- Board-Certified in Cardiology and Electrophysiology with training in complex procedures such as ablation
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical and administrative leadership experience in a healthcare organization or network
- NYS Medical License and DEA
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: $580,000-900,000
