We are seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Faculty Education professional to join our team at Dallas College. As an Adjunct Faculty Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching students effectively in assigned classes and maintaining office hours for student consultation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver high-quality course materials and instruction to students.
- Maintain accurate and complete course records, including student grades and attendance.
- Participate in the evaluation of the instructional process and use innovative strategies to continually improve learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and visions, and participate in campus-wide initiatives.
- Utilize technology to facilitate learning and to access data, maintain records, generate reports, and communicate with others.
- Master's degree or higher in the teaching discipline, or a combination of academic preparation and work experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with students.
- Demonstrated skills in successfully working with students through experiences such as formal training and past work experiences.
- The ability to provide quality customer service and work effectively in a team environment.
