Job Title: Chief of Staff

Reporting to the CEO, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief of Staff to support the CEO in driving strategic initiatives, enhancing sales operations, and ensuring the smooth execution of company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning & Sales Support: Partner with the CEO to set, refine, and implement the company's sales and business development strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and revenue targets.
  • Operational Oversight: Increase the overall efficiency and productivity of the sales team, working closely with department heads to optimize sales processes, track KPIs, and report on progress.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the connective tissue across departments, ensuring that sales, marketing, and operations teams are aligned and working toward common goals.
  • Business Development: Support the CEO in identifying new market opportunities, with a particular focus on expanding leasing operations in the North America, Caribbean, LATAM and other growth markets.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage high-priority projects, including new sales initiatives, client relationship management strategies, and cross-department collaborations, ensuring they are executed effectively and on time.
  • Executive Support: Serve as a key advisor to the CEO on business and operational matters, providing insights into sales performance, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, acting as an extension of the CEO in high-level meetings and negotiations.
  • Sales Data & Reporting: Provide analytical insights on sales performance, customer acquisition, and retention strategies, using data to inform decisions and improve results.
  • Team Development: Assist in building a strong sales team by identifying gaps, helping with recruitment efforts, and ensuring that team members have the tools and support needed to succeed.
Qualifications:
  • Sales Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a sales or business development role, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing sales teams.
  • Leadership & Management Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to influence and drive collaboration across multiple departments.
  • Gaming Industry Experience: Experience in the gaming or leasing industry is preferred but not required.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and ensure timely completion of initiatives.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to pivot as business needs evolve.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required, MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
