Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with DoD regulations and project requirements.
- Lead a team of quality assurance professionals to ensure effective collaboration with engineering, development, and project management teams.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track progress and identify trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and implement process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as quality assurance, engineering, or business.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on DoD regulations and project management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Proficiency in quality assurance tools and methodologies, such as Six Sigma and Lean.
- Experience with DoD-specific quality regulations and standards, such as MIL-STD and ISO 9001.
- Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
- Experience with quality metrics and reporting tools, such as Excel and Tableau.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Active DOD Secret clearance, with the potential for TS/SCI clearance.
