Your ResponsibilitiesThe Clinical Nurse Educator will oversee a designated clinical group of approximately 6-12 students, managing various educational activities. This role requires the educator to coordinate clinical components effectively while maintaining current clinical practice in accordance with regulatory guidelines. Continuous professional development and adherence to health requirements are essential.
Key QualificationsEssential:
- In-depth knowledge of clinical nursing education and training methodologies.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with nursing staff and leadership.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration and conveying complex information clearly.
- Comprehensive understanding of professional nursing practices and issues.
- Expertise in evidence-based research methodologies, including data collection and analysis.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Registered Nurse license in California.
- A minimum of one year of nursing experience in relevant clinical areas within the last five years.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Nursing.
- Specialty certification in relevant areas.
