As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's systems and equipment.

Responsibilities:

* Assist the Chief Engineer with maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks
* Monitor daily electric, water, and gas consumption
* Complete assigned budgets to the Chief Engineer's standards for budget, schedule, and quality
* Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all workstations, storage rooms, grounds, and landscaping according to Pax standards
* Perform daily inspection of interior/exterior lighting, fixtures, and furnishings
* Stay in contact with the front desk agents to ensure all tickets are addressed and/or completed
* Recover/report lost items to front desk or manager
* Respond to all guest/staff concerns courteously and professionally
* Attend and contribute during weekly meetings

Requirements:

* Minimum of two years of experience in hotel/building maintenance
* Must have a flexible schedule (scheduled hours may include off-hours and weekends (depending on the hotel's operational needs)

Benefits:

* Part-time 3 days/week
* Compensation: $15
* Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance for full-time employees
