About the Role

Everstory Partners is seeking a dedicated and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for the care and maintenance of our properties, ensuring they remain safe and welcoming for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Landscape Maintenance: Perform routine lawn care tasks, including mowing, weed-whacking, string-trimming, and hedge-trimming.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct day-to-day maintenance duties, including handling equipment and performing repairs as needed.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by management, including special projects and tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: High School equivalency required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Skills: Ability to operate maintenance equipment and machinery, strong organizational skills, and excellent customer service skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 80lbs.
