Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, design, and permitting processes
  • Supervise construction across a variety of site development, green infrastructure, environmental remediation, and climate resilience projects
  • Conduct overall site layout, grading utility layout, drainage, erosion, and sediment control design
  • Support stormwater calculations and modeling, project documentation, and complete quantity take-offs for cost assessments
  • Prepare profiles, cross-sections, and construction details
  • Contribute to the preparation of Contract Documents
  • Manage submittals and Requests for Information (RFIs)
  • Provide technical assistance to project managers on environmental assessment and remediation initiatives
  • Conduct field sampling, monitoring, and construction oversight
  • Assist in data collection and analysis
  • Perform administrative tasks related to project management for civil projects
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 4-8 years of experience in Civil Engineering is required
  • EIT in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Processing Engineering is required; PE is preferred
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and related Autodesk products is required; certifications are preferred
  • Experience with Hydrology and Hydraulic modeling software is preferred
  • Familiarity with ArcGIS software is advantageous
  • Able to travel for field assignments as needed
  • Must hold a valid driver's license
