About the Role

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).
  • Current RN licensure and certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP).
  • Three years of experience in ambulatory clinics or similar settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
