About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, developing operational plans, and ensuring seamless execution of clinical programs. A pharmacy degree and current state licensure are required, and a PGY2 Residency or 4+ years of experience in pharmacy management is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise pharmacy staff
* Develop and implement strategic plans for inpatient pharmacy services
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve patient care
Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year
Requirements:
* Pharmacy degree and current state licensure
