Job Overview

Chimera Enterprises International is on the lookout for a seasoned Lead Communications Strategist. This role will deliver strategic Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) support to enhance the capabilities of allies and partners in Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist leadership in formulating and executing both short-term and long-term objectives, while providing operational advice and assistance in crafting a clear vision and strategic goals.
  • Craft strategic messaging aligned with organizational leadership directives, ensuring consistency across various communication channels.
  • Offer expert analysis of documents from national/Federal, DoD, CJCS, CCMDs, and other bilateral and multinational organizations, providing insights to enhance communication strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with Foreign Disclosure and Public Affairs protocols for all disseminated information.
  • Develop and oversee the creation of Social Media content, including blogs, vlogs, videos, and articles, tailored to engage diverse audiences.
  • Support leadership in strategic initiatives while managing daily operational tasks.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in analyzing and reviewing documents from Federal, DoD, and multinational organizations.
  • Proven experience in developing strategic communication plans for Command-level entities.
  • Experience in formulating organizational vision, goals, and objectives at the General Officer level.
  • Exceptional communication skills at all organizational levels and with external agencies.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Relevant educational background (Master's or Bachelor's degree).
Clearance Requirement:
  • Must possess an active Secret clearance.
