As a vital representative of the SERVPRO brand, the Restoration Team Leader embodies our commitment to customer service. This role involves coordinating, overseeing, and executing project activities to meet service demands and ensure a positive client experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute production processes as scheduled while ensuring quality assurance
  • Enhance customer and client satisfaction, monitored through feedback and reviews
  • Clearly communicate expectations to restoration staff and supervise their tasks
  • Maintain detailed and accurate job documentation to support services rendered
  • Manage labor and resource usage on assigned projects
  • Collaborate with project managers and office personnel regarding project updates and challenges

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all OSHA regulations for workplace safety
  • Safeguard company assets by properly utilizing equipment and materials
  • Mentor and train restoration staff

Position Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license is mandatory for this role.
  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction is required.
  • IICRC certification in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) is essential; additional certification in Applied Structural Drying (ASD) is preferred.

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies:

  • Ability to regularly lift at least 50 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Capability to climb ladders and work at elevated heights, as well as in confined spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
  • Proficiency in repetitively pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying objects
  • Comfortable working with cleaning agents and chemicals
