Position Overview: Resident Chef

  • Oversee a dynamic culinary team to achieve business objectives and provide remarkable cooking class experiences.
  • Supervise kitchen operations, including staff training, recruitment, and performance evaluation.
  • Foster community relationships and collaborate with our HQ Culinary team to create innovative class offerings.
  • Analyze market trends to enhance sales and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3 - 4 years of experience in kitchen management.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Prior experience as a culinary educator.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and financial acumen.
  • Current Food Manager Certification.
